Blows Beach

The Blowholes is a long standing squatters shacks area at the southern end of the Ningaloo Coast. It was identified by the State Government for redevelopment into a coastal recreational node, with leasehold land being provided for the existing squatters and new caravan and camping areas being developed.

This project required extensive consultation with the squatters, and innovative design around tight land use and building constraints due to cyclonic storm surge and inundation.  To download the management plan click here.
